Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown

I’ve been a long time Hilton Honors member and stay almost exclusively with them. I stayed at dozens of locations across the country. The front desk experience from Jaden was one of the best I’ve had. He genuinely seemed interested in my stay and offered multiple suggestions on the hotel amenities and area restaurants.

Didn’t rate this stay a 5 out 5 because I had an issue with bedroom air conditioner. The customer service was excellent. Jaden provided excellent customer service from checkin through my entire 3 night stay.

The location was great. Walking to nearby points of interest was easy and worthwhile.

Sewer gas in the downtown area is a problem.

This is a beautiful historic hotel building enhanced by the hosptiality of their front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel features outstanding pool and fitness facilities as are the guest rooms. We as tour leaders had a great room and experience overall. One member had repeated misses on housekeeping--he received a significant bump in his Hilton Honors points. A couple had non-functioning air conditioning. They were promptly moved to a new functioning room and awarded a significant bump in Hilton Honors points. The hotel can solve problems for groups promptly.

Hotel is nice, clean and everyone so friendly! Perfect location! Kudos to Jaden at the front desk! He was amazing and so, so helpful! Can’t say enough about what a difference he made in our stay! Great stay and great experience! Thank you!!

Hotel is beautiful-love the historic lobby! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. The location is superb and the city was walkable from the hotel. Lilly Ponder was extremely polite and helpful. She’s a great person to have as the face of Hilton!

The staff was friendly and the room was outstanding.

The elevators were down during our stay and there are 13 floors. Had to take the stairs during our stay. You would think the hotel would com you.

It was very wonderful worth every penny I highly recommend it to everyone Jaden at the front desk was amazing he helped me find the perfect stay for my girlfriend birthday
