Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown

We loved how beautiful and clean it was, very nice rooms and very nice staff

I didn't love that the only parking was valet that's an extra $43 per night to your stay (this was not mentioned until arrival) they did charge me for 4 nights of parking and I stayed for 2, it was resolved but be careful. I also didn't love the fact breakfast was $15 for a buffet or individually priced items. For a stay i thought was gonna be around $280 for 2 nights it ended up being over $390

We liked the location and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, staff was exceptionally nice. We were able to check in early and hotel provided valet service.

Upon entering our room, we noticed that there was an empty used water bottle still on the floor, the shower drain guard was on the floor in the bathroom, not in the shower

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip and overall had a very positive experience. The rooms were impressively spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The in-room amenities were excellent as well, having coffee facilities, bottled water, a fridge, and even a microwave was incredibly convenient. The area around the hotel was quiet, which added to the restful stay. However, the biggest drawback was the room temperature. My room was constantly cold, and the heating didn’t seem to function properly. This wasn’t an isolated issue, as colleagues on other floors reported the same problem. Addressing the heating system should definitely be a priority. The hotel itself has a lovely, large reception area, and the small shop selling snacks and microwave meals. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which really enhanced the experience. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of options available at the buffet. The server was also very pleasant and welcoming. In the evenings, the bar food was tasty and reasonably priced, though the bar area tended to be quiet and a bit chilly. I visited the lower-floor pool, which was on the smaller side and quite cold. The gym room looked adequate, though I didn’t use it. Another downside was the valet-only parking, which was fairly expensive; a self-parking option would be appreciated. The location is very central but still quiet, which is a great combination for both business and leisure stays. All in all, this is a great hotel with a lot to offer. If they can sort out the room heating issues and consider introducing a self-park option, it would make the stay even better.

My stay was really lovely. The staff here is so kind, but Jossie truly went above and beyond. She came up to fix my TV and was just the sweetest, most helpful person. Little moments like that make a hotel feel like home. Thank you, Jossie!

Beautiful place

Valet was kind of backed up and took them a little longer.

Great experience at this classic property in the heart of downtown in an older historical building. Nicely appointed rooms were matched with hospitality from the staff. From the warm welcome from Jossie at the front desk to solid local food and drink recommendations from Alex, made the short stay memorable. Would definitely recommend for a stay in the city!

We checked in late after having flight delays, but Jossie at the front desk made the check in process fast and seamless! Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Jossie. She checked in on us throughout our week stay to ensure we were not lacking anything! We look forward to staying here again!

Good location, spacious room, clean, water bottle fill station in the lobby, morning coffee

The AC was incredibly loud - like can’t hear the tv if it’s on - and it was difficult to fall asleep with it turning on every few minutes. Often it would only stay on for a minute too so it didn’t become background noise. I was on a fairly low floor and the Friday night street noise also made it hard to get to sleep. On my first night there was no water between 11pm and 2am.
