Grand Inna Medan

Location was perfect - close to the train station and very convenient for us. Breakfast buffet was nice but we would have loved to know more about what we were eating as no one seemed to speak much English. Pool staff were super friendly and the saltwater pool was nice to swim in and the temperature perfect. A few more plants and deck chair seating would have been nice.

That reception staff had limited English although they were really trying to help.

Excellent hotel in city center. Wonderful staff. Surrounding area is a noisy mess of traffic, but that’s how it is in Medan.

Location and treatment good

Many functions at hall, it's difficult to move around.many people standing in lobby. Need some places to go out

Ideal location. Wide and comfortable room. Nice crew. Helpful. Fridge in the room. Amazing breakfast.

Staff were very nice from the moment to arrive. Had someone bring your luggage and take you up to your room. The pool area is very nice, with the train station and shopping malls close by.

The hot water pressure in my room wasn’t the best but it isn’t a deal breaker still was able to have a warm shower comfortably.

The hotel abit run down. The facility not to that expectation.

Big old colonial type building. Large rooms. Helpful staff on reception

Needs updating The road is very noisy and kept us awake .throughout the night
