Had a great stay at the Oxford Suites and hotel. We have been travelling for 3 days and stayed at a different hotel each night. The Oxford had the BEST bed by far of any of the hotels this far. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive to the guests' needs. Cindy, at the front desk, is a PRO. We were greeted with a friendly smile and treated with care and respect. The hotel was spotless. We felt safe in the parking lot. And check out was a breeze. Both my wife and I enjoyed the texts before we arrived, the texts during our stay as well as the follow up texts. We will definitely be staying here again in our future travels.

My sister & I recently spent three nights to attend a family wedding. I was pleasantly surprised at how centrally located the hotel was to not only the wedding venue, but also to the airport, restaurants, walking trails & shopping. The check-in/out process was easy & the staff efficient, helpful & friendly. When making the reservation, I took suggestions from past reviews as to room choices & asked for the 5th floor with the river view. We were fortunate to have my request accommodated. The room was very clean & comfortable, for which we appreciated. I have one suggestion re. the safe & that is to place it at a level where senior guests (like me) can access it easily without having to get down on my knees. I would still recommend Oxford Suites Spokane Valley as a place to stay.
