"Awesome place to stay"

Right in the center of Nevskiy Square, the hotel met all my expectations. Modern lobby with a super pleasant and fluent in English staff. The room was great and the price was excellent as well. No complaints. Did not eat at their restaurant so can't comment on food.

Everything was perfect except the room was too hot. We had a hard time sleeping. We called the maintenance but he said it was set he couldn't change it.

I don't think I will ever be comfortable at any hotel - Europe or USA - because they all think that the stupid, worthless soft pillows - whether feather of foam - are what "Americans" want. I actually want a firm pillow! If I wanted all of the pillow to shift out to either side of my head so that I am essentially sleeping without a pillow on the mattress I would just not use a pillow. But, this is not a negative against the Radisson...this applies to all hotels both domestic and European!

"Comfortable stay at good location"

We booked this hotel based on ratings from other guests, and it's location. Since we wanted a chance to thoroughly see St. Petersburg we stayed 5 nights. Check-in was quick, hotel staff spoke English very well, and the room was nice and quiet. Location is good, close to many restaurants, banks, stores and within a 15-20 minute walk of the main historical area.

"Relaxing hotel on Nevsky Prospekt."

While the summer weather had been replaced by cold, wet and blustery conditions the hotel was warm and welcoming with spacious, well appointed rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable with an excellent range of pillows. Tea and coffee facilities were provided and the range also included lovely thick hot chocolate which helped after a day out in the cold sightseeing. Buses were right outside the door and the train station Sapsan comes to is very close by - certainly close enough to walk with a small suitcase.
