Holiday Inn Cleveland by IHG

Carpet was wet and air conditioner not working correctly. Asked for a different room, none available.

The room was big and bed was comfortable. The internet service didn’t work much. One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow. Was surprised that there was no breakfast served. Overall it was ok.

The staff was nice. The bar was not stocked, they had only 1 beer tap working. No ice water available to guests in lobby. The manager needs work on ordering and stocking hotel amenities. I probably would not stay at this hotel again in the future.

The shower didn’t have but one setting scalding hot or no water. The elevator didn’t work and I was on the 4th floor and the air conditioning was broke.

The beds were absolutely amazing comfortable. The front desk staff was polite and kind.

Where to start?.. I was there 6 days, and the elevator only worked part of the time. The windows were non locking and were initially open upon check-in. Never had housekeeping come, had to go to the front desk for towels and TP. The room itself was big enough but dirty walls, mold in vents as well as dirty socks from a previous stay. The towels have residue in them that looked as if they had not been washed properly. The chair in the room had brownish red stains that clearly looked like bodily fluids, the refrigerator drained water and the pool area was in need of a good cleaning. I requested an early check out to switch hotels in the area. However, working through booking.com, I've yet to receive my confirmation.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, shower pressure was awesome. The AC could stand to be a little cooler but, it was not terrible. Breakfast is not free and they do have dinner and happy hour available.

The staff at this hotel was the only thing good, everyone was friendly. The hotel itself needs help, elevator not working we had to tote our bags up and down stairs for 3 days. Central unit in room had a mind of its own, not consistent in temp. We went down to the pool but after seeing the murky, cloudy water decided we didn't even want to get in, not to mention the algae mold building up on the side walls of pool. Restraunt/bar is somewhat of a joke, very limited choice of drinks seeing as they were out of most beers and had nothing in stock according to staff. House must have been in a hurry seeing as how we found broken plastic pieces of something on floor and hair clips by bed. Doubt that we will ever go back to this hotel. After saying something to the manager regarding the pool, we noticed when leaving that the manager was out looking at pool area so maybe he will get that taken care of.

Shades were broken so couldn't open them. Toilet ran on and off ... Till my husband fixed it in the morning.

Front desk people were very nice and helpful, and the room was great.

The facility and room was very clean. All staff that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable bathroom was great with accessible options, as we have a wheelchair user!
