Breakfast was fine. Tasty. Nothing wrong there.

I was placed in a room far, far away from anyone else. The hotel was virtually empty. The room I was assigned had a mal-functioning heater that was overly loud and unusable the first night. The covers on the bed were too lightweight to keep me warm. I changed rooms the next morning. The second room was better, but the wash basin drain was slow and needed a stopper plug. I reported the problem and the courteous front desk attendant reported it to maintenance. Unfortunately it was not fixed in the remaining 3 days of my stay. For me, the most disappointing aspect was how "tired" the place looks, especially the dining room. It has no character. No appeal. This could be changed easily with minimal investment and someone who is both knowledgeable and who cares about the visual character of a space. To me, the space read: "I'm tired. I'm over it. I don't care what you think or experience. I'm done. Enjoy your meal." I had an opportunity to extend my stay by several days. I did not. I left as soon as I my 4-day reservation ended. Instead, another hotel is benefitting.

Close to downtown Columbus, beds were comfortable, felt very safe

Stains on the floor, peeling wallpaper, worried about getting stuck in the elevator

Older property that is very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and has it's own bar/restaurant on-site. Yes, it shows some wear and tear due to the age of the property, but overall it was clean and well maintained. Great helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was rude didn't want to me add another night in the same room. I haven't received my deposit either.
