Extremely disappointing service, I work in retail management and your customer service is absolutely horrible. They do not care to be transparent with their merchandise, took $35 of concessions from me, told me they weren’t returned when there was 2 cameras that saw 2 employees help me return all the items.(I did not want to bring the merchandise with me at check out, so I asked to leave them there. Thinking they would take note, I had a child with me, I did not have the extra room). Never was told all sales are final, gave me a run around for 3 days trying to get my money or at least the concessions back. Then the manager Chris lied to me saying the footage was reviewed and nothing was retrieved. Wow. I had 4 witnesses, plus 2 cameras. Untrustworthy people I wouldn’t trust your family in their care. Will definitely be canceling my membership and never returning to this hotels name.

Hotel was big

The staff, checking was rude. And I checked my bank account and got 4 different charges for the hotel. Mind you the total was 104 a night and they held 60 the proceeded to do a 18.72 and 78.72 charge with no explanation when asked at check out, the women who checked me out said of it will fall off and the language barrier is insane. Not recommended at all and booking had breakfast then tried to tell us no it purchased separately. This place is is disorganized and uninviting.

Breakfast was really poor. Each day was the same, no variety….No hot water to make a tea. Not possible to make any sandwich, no chees, no vegetables. During check out I asked for a invoice with my Company name and ot was refused because I booked hotel by booking.com, no idea why??

Stayed here in 2024 for a hockey tournament. Posting this now because another is coming up and I was having PTSD flashbacks from this hotel, and never did at the time. It’s extremely old. I don’t think anything has been updated in 25 years, and no change from current reviews since that time. We arrived late at night after driving through a blizzard so no delay checking in. The door of the room looked like someone hacked in to it from the outside with a screwdriver. Massive gouges by the handle. That was the first red flag. It gets worse… Then in the room, clumps of hair on the floor and sheets under the blankets. I had to get new linens and turn down the room myself. Food on the floor, a leftover costume bracelet, some random previous guest’s navy color washcloth in the shower - nothing was wiped down in the room itself or bathroom and they did not vacuum. The ceiling of the shower was also crumbling and likely had tons of black mold behind it, and the water was super slow to drain. It was at least hot. No exhaust vent was in the shower to prevent these issues. The chair in the room had what looked like a male bodily fluid stain on it, and the adjoining room door did not lock. It was also damaged on the both sides. Luckily they were part of the team so it wasn’t a safety issue but if not, that would have been a big problem with just this mom and her young kid. The key cards did work and our vehicles weren’t broken into. Breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular. They also hit me with a surprise “gift shop” charge for over $20 and refused to remove it. There was no gift shop! And I didn’t buy anything from their options as I think they did sell drinks, not from the bar/restaurant or charge a single thing to the room. Check your itemized bill before you pay at checkout! Another family was charged $100 from the bar for 1 drink. I’ve heard it’s under new ownership but appears to be even worse now. Seriously, choose any other hotel. This place is terrifying and you feel like you need a shower and travel items pest treatment after staying there.

Nice lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Walls are paper thin, could hear every car/truck from the highway and shower running next door. Sheets weren’t super clean, found some stains. Hallway smelled like marijuana.

Nice people at the desk to check me in and out very clean room and comfortable enough space to get around

The fact I reserved a room and they couldn't rent it to me because the key didn't work and I had to pay for the room anyway

Breakfast was fine. Tasty. Nothing wrong there.

I was placed in a room far, far away from anyone else. The hotel was virtually empty. The room I was assigned had a mal-functioning heater that was overly loud and unusable the first night. The covers on the bed were too lightweight to keep me warm. I changed rooms the next morning. The second room was better, but the wash basin drain was slow and needed a stopper plug. I reported the problem and the courteous front desk attendant reported it to maintenance. Unfortunately it was not fixed in the remaining 3 days of my stay. For me, the most disappointing aspect was how "tired" the place looks, especially the dining room. It has no character. No appeal. This could be changed easily with minimal investment and someone who is both knowledgeable and who cares about the visual character of a space. To me, the space read: "I'm tired. I'm over it. I don't care what you think or experience. I'm done. Enjoy your meal." I had an opportunity to extend my stay by several days. I did not. I left as soon as I my 4-day reservation ended. Instead, another hotel is benefitting.
