Property is well located and installation are clean and comfortable

Staff was very rude. My reservation was cancelled because I didn’t show up at 3 pm even though I have left a message to inform them I was going to require late check in. Front desk staff was refusing to honor my reservation upon my arrival even though I had pre paid for it.

It felt like there was no heat on in the whole place. Once we got our room warm, if u stepped into the hallway it was freezing

I didn’t have any breakfast. But it said that it was included with the room but you still had to pay for it.

Hotel, staff all great 👍😃

A stranger in the lobby during check in - yelling at me to move my car 10 feet? It was snowing heavily at the time, hotel computer was running slow, not sure what his problem was. As I walked by I wished him a better day than he deserves.

The location was nice and staff was friendly

There was no cold water in the shower (makes me wonder how the shower was cleaned with only scolding hot water), the WiFi was not connected, the toilet handle didn’t go up after use so the toilet ran until I Manually did it and the mini fridge was not working.

Good location, clean

No ice machine that worked in entire building except at the bar. Room keys overly sensitive and stopped working multiple times
