Rooms 318 shouldn't be offered, noisy like your staying in a jacuzzi suite next door RUNNING ALL NIGHT LONG.

Our room's heat didn't work. Our room's was freezing

Bed was amazing..slept like a King

The AC unit sounded like an 18 wheeler with a flat tire The toilet ran all night long, refilling every 10 seconds I actually tried to fix it myself and failed, just a constant leak in the seal. Faucet dripped non stop Shower drain completely useless, couldn't take a bath

Ants…..door lock system terrible. Given a room that was occupied by another family Room key for the second room didn’t work with two different sets of keys. Maintenance had difficulty opening the door. When the door was opened. It was the wrong room plan. My reservation was for two full beds not one king bed. Was told the third party booking company sent the reservation in wrong to them. Finally got the correct room type and key failed the second night of my stay. It took me over an hour to get settled into a room initially.

Proximity to planned activities. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Hotel is showing it’s age. Carpets need deep cleaning , luggage carts in disrepair, access panels in elevator were open throughout the stay.
