Disgusting. Every sheet and piece of fabric had stains on it. Somewhat thankfully, there was a washer and dryer on site. Sucks to have washed the sheets at my own expense, but the mattresses underneath the sheets were much worse... Pee stains, blood stains, you name it. Mold even from no one cleaning said stains. Absolutely do not recommend. And the audacity to charge an extra $150 deposit incase of damage?! The room is already damaged!! I probably left it in better shape than what it was before I showed up. Pool wasn't open either, but so glad it wasn't. I can't even imagine that state of the pool if the rooms looked the way they did.

Didn’t even stay in the room because the smell of smoke was so thick and I didn’t want to be charged the $250 smoking fee.

You get what you pay for! We booked for economy, and this hotel got the bill. The beds were more comfortable than many we’ve stayed at, and having chronic pain, that’s important. The room was a nice size and spacious, big enough for my wheelchair. The staff was confronted by a very needy angry guest that probably should have booked 5 Star for all he wanted, and the staff handled it beautifully. Conveniently located to all of the attractions we wanted to see, (Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Bear Country USA, Reptile Gardens, Deadwood, Sturgis, etc.). The drive was short enough we could pack our weekend with a lot of stuff!

A little difficult to get into and through the lobby in a wheelchair, but doable.

We had breakfast at the Millstone, the was excellent and to make it better a stranger paid the ticket for me .😃😃

I wish the motel had continental breakfast and an elevator. The stairs was too much especially if you walk the Mt. Rushmore trail

Staff was nice

There was a payment problem between them and Booking. Com that caused an issue with our stay we had to be on the phone for over two hours to get it cleared up. Plus the pool had to be shocked and was out of commission for two days so I was only able to get in it once and that was the main reason why I picked this place to stay.

Our suite wasn't really a suite, but the price made up for that. The pool and pool areas was very nie, but no towels available.
