"Bad customer service"

Edgar front desk has poor customer service. After my six year old picked a drink that was not opened, Edgar would no allow to put it back. Nothing was broken or damaged, after we explained our child was being playful Edgar showed zero compassion or empathy towards the situation and proceed to charge us. This is not about paying or not. This is about a member of customer service company that has zero regard for their customers. On top of that treat us with an attitude, like he was having a bad day. Note: autism is considered a disability under federal law, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) EDGAR requires coaching and or retraining.
