The breakfast waitress (Prapa) was above and beyond. Remember what we drank and liked as oir sides. Asked about our day and event. Even the next day she asked how it was.

The breakfast waitress (Prapa) was above and beyond. The desk person diring check in and the following day (when i had a question) lacked effort or enthusiasm. When checking in: the person sisnt look up or say a word, i said im here to check in, still nothing as he looked at his computer. So i gave him my ID and he slid my room key to me. Nothing was said by him at all. The following day no smile, no hello. I asked my question, he was short and to the point and went back to his phone privaye conversation. .5 days and not one smile or greeting from that deck. Hotel was overpriced for what i got, especially without a friendly staff and nothing but one restaurant that was less than desirable to walk to. You also canceled one of our rooms saying it was an invalid card even though i booked both rooms at the same time with the same card. I had to hurry and find a new location with sold out rooms everywhere. I managed to find one less price and next to alot of things to go to

Clean and very safe place

Hotel was perfect location for travel into NYC. We were in town for a show and museum stops. The clerk at the desk was great with transportation tips which made things so much easier! Hot tub was clean and very pleasant after long travel and lots of walking!

Location was in a safe location and breakfast was awesome

It was okay but way overpriced for the conditions and limited amenities. The spa was closed , pool was murky. The shower would run cold anytime someone somewhere else flushed a toilet. Breakfast was only included if you would spend another $20. The room was clean and the staff was nice but it was just overpriced.
