Hilton Garden Inn Secaucus/Meadowlands

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Only downside was the jacuzzi was being repaired, otherwise no complaints! Free parking was a plus!

Well priced close to MetLife stadium and American Dream mall. Was able to check in early as my room was ready which allowed us to head over and eat before our concert.

We enjoyed our stay here however we got caught in the 'loop' returning from our event and it was very stressful finding the property. We wished breakfast was served longer as well.

Rooms were not ready at 4pm for check in that started at 3pm. We were told that we could do a late check in upon return from our event. We arrived back at the property at 11:30pm. I explained the situation that happened earlier. The front desk attendant told me that we were entered into the system as a "no show" and he would look for a room. We finally get a room after multiple phone calls to coworkers for assistance. The room key unlocks the room but the door won't open. We tried several times. Head back down, told to try again and push hard. Tried again several times. At this point we were concerned someone was in the room and had the deadbolt on. Desk attendant finally came upstairs with us to assist and had to throw his body against the door to get it to open. He said, "I told you." and walked away. The room had a terrible smell and dirty countertops. We will not be back.

The breakfast was very good.. the staff was so friendly and helpful..

The mattress and pillows .. mattress was a little hard and pillows weren’t great to soft..

Nice location close to where we wanted to go, clean, on site parking

the entrance was tough to find for someone unfamiliar with the area. A small unlit sign marks the small one-lane entrance located on a curve of a very busy road

Clean room, friendly staff.

Thank you for your extraordinary hospitality. We felt very comfortable and welcomed from the first until last minute of our stay. We love to come back.
