Avani Victoria Falls Resort

Me and my partner had an amazing stay at Avani. It was in walking distance to the falls, the grounds where clean and we got to see many animals living and roaming within the hotel.

My experience at Avani Victoria Falls Resort was exciting, soothing and refreshing, what with the natural beauty and environment, the pool & the boat cruise, clean comfortable room and sumptuous food. Cheers!!

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The staff were all amazing, friendly, and helpful. The property itself is very well maintained. Breakfast and dinner have many options to choose from, and everything I ate was delicious! I stayed at the property for a week and seeing zebras, giraffes, monkeys, and impalas almost daily was such a sight to see. Very easy access to the falls, and a short distance to walk to the Zimbabwe side. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Only minor annoyances, even monkeys for breakfast company were fun. Great rooms with well working appliances. Great breakfast, thanks to Chewe and all!

Первое впечатление словами не передать, когда мы только заселились и сразу же увидели зебр, гуляющих по территории, и особенно жирафов в шаге от нас, эмоции просто зашкаливали! Так же очень хороший большой парк, прямой вход на водопад. Номер комфортный. Еда в ресторане вкусная, хотя выбор и не большой. Красивый аутентичный дизайн, полное ощущение, что ты в Африке! Вообщем все супер! Нам очень понравилось! Советую!

Вода в бассейне мутная, осадок на дне, много дохлых каких- то насекомых на поверхности плавало, хотя исправно чистили. Но это Африка, природа все-таки. И так как повсюду гуляют животные, особенно у бассейна, кое- где стоит неприятный запах. Но опять же таки это ожидаемо!

This place has so much to offer. The location can’t be beat. We walked to the falls and Zimbabwe from here. Super convenient. The breakfast is amazing and has everything you can imagine. The rooms are lovely and the staff is incredible. Saw zebras, giraffes, monkeys, and impalas just outside our room. I highly recommend this place.

Had such a great time at the hotel,meals staff and room was world class, from arival to departure there werre no inconveniences

Excellent and easy booking in, very helpful staff. You have free access to the Victoria fall with your booking. Falls within walking distance from Hotel. Excellent meals in the restaurant and good pricing. You can even have a drink with the free roaming Zebras within the hotel complex, watch out for the monkeys they like to pinch your food, but there are lots of security keeping the monkeys at bay. A very enjoyably stay and highly recommend to stay there.

Great place to stay. Great location being so close to the falls. Loved having the animals on site. Will definitely come back
