The Cordova Inn, a New Hotel Collection Property

My stay was not what I had hoped for. I checked in Thursday evening and had planned to stay until Sunday, but I decided to leave early on Saturday morning. While I appreciate the historic charm of the building, the accommodations fell short of expectations. The room was uncomfortable — the bed lacked support, the linens felt rough, and only one towel was provided. The garden tub appeared appealing at first glance, but once in use, it was uneven and felt unstable, which raised safety concerns. The one highlight of my stay was the coffee, which was very good. Overall, however, the experience did not meet the standard I anticipated.

This was a great location and walking distance from good restaurants. They had a great bar, The Scott. Both bartenders were great! However, the check-in staff was not great. Both were unprofessional and rude. I didn't have a positive interaction with either. Cleanliness was so so. I split my water in the room and mopped it up with a towel. The towel came back brown...

It was amazing and easy.

Great historical hotel in a great area

very little shower water pressure. Two temps: hot hot and cold cold. ;( and just enough for a bird bath.

Good location - under construction - stayed for three nights with no fresh towels of soap/gel. Window AC noisy.

Had a lovely stay! This inn is full of charm and hospitality. It is a small boutique which is perfect for me. Walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and so helpful starting with Chantelle with my reservations and Slav/Taylor/Eli with carrying our luggage, recommendations, ice, etc Would definitely stay again!

Great budget hotel

Parking free in a garage around the corner, just enter your tag in the iPad at the front desk and you get validated. Room was a bit older, cracks in our sink and shower floor a bit worn but bed comfortable enough, mini fridge and microwave handy. Super convenient to Jannus Live and downtown nightlife, tons of restaurants and bars around!

There was black mold in our shower and I have asthma. Cleanliness was subpar but the customer service was great.
