It’s only our first night here, but so far we’re already having such a great time. Everything has been amazing, and the energy is just on another level. The live performance by Berenice and her music group has definitely been a highlight, they had everyone up and dancing (even the people who usually don’t dance). It made the whole night feel so fun and unforgettable. Really excited to see what the rest of the stay brings! :)

The location was in San Juan Del Cabo and it was right on the beach.

At 9 AM every chair had a towel on it and there were maybe 10 people out there, but there were no availability to sit on a chair which basically completely ruins the pool experience. So unless you’re willing to go and “claim” a chair at 6 AM might as well plan to sit in the sun on the ground while there are hundreds of chairs that are just open with umbrellas next to them that are “claimed”. I don’t think the hotel should allow people to do this. Also, the food was not good, the juice wasn’t even fresh. There was barely any clean fruit. Everything seemed subpar so if you have any expectation of going to Mexico and having super tasty fresh fruit and juices with good food, don’t come here. Also, as soon as you check in, they try to start selling you almost like a timeshare. I’m not paying a lot of money to have my vacation ruined by someone trying to force me into a timeshare presentation, especially when I explained to him I am not interested and I just wanna go to my room and he continues to pressure me.

From the moment you arrive to the amazing Alberto to greet you at front doors you know you've found your second home! All staff are friendly and professional. There is always something to do or going on for the guest to enjoy! Family friendly with an adult pool if you need to escape the babes for a bit! Right out front of the hotel is a beautiful strip of restaurants and shops to explore with grocery stores and Starbucks a short walk away! Great place to stay in Cabo whether your a couple, family or traveling alone!

Wonderful time they treat us like family. Alberto, Alvin, Omar are the best bellman. Big Alex, Alex, Guillermo, Ramon are the best.

Fantastic family friendly resort. Kids are 6, 8 and 10 and loved everything, especially the waterslides. Resort was clean, food was good, Bahama Mamas were the drink of choice! We had to book two rooms as a family of 5 but the poolside rooms have two double beds plus a Murphy bed so we all comfortably fit in one room. The Zumba classes and waterfit classes run by Tino were the best part!! We’ll be checking out the Pilates/stretching class tomorrow. Nothing beats a good workout followed by a buffet meal and Bahama Mamas to refuel!
