Royal Solaris Los Cabos & Spa - All Inclusive

We had a wonderful dining experience at Panchos. Our waiter David is the best! He is so attentive, funny, great personality. His service is outstanding he is honestly the reason why we continue to return to this resort.

We ate at Zai multiple times during our stay. Each meal was fantastic! Alejo, our waiter, made the experience that much more enjoyable!

Rooms were great. Nice view. Service was great. Workers were very helpful and cleaned daily. Room service was great and on time. Spent most of the time either eating at the Buffet or at the bar and were both great overall. Big thank you to Sergio, Alejandro & Salique who made the bar experience by the beach memorable.

Edson at Panchos was our waiter. He was very attentive! And he did an incredible job of making our Mexican coffee. A highlight of the trip. The photo doesn’t depict how cool it was.

Our time at the Royal Solaris in Cabo was mixed. First, I will say that I found the property to be well maintained and very clean. No issues with our rooms or any service. We actually felt the best part of this resort was the people working there. The only thing that will keep us from coming back: Chair game is ridiculous. There are rules printed on signs and the towel cards but nothing is enforced. If you want a spot you have to be up before 7am to get what you want. We gave up after day 2 and simply just adjusted our day to come to the pool later in the day and have our group share one chair if one was open. We did find that most people started to pack up around 3 or 4pm so you could do later at the pool. If I’m on vacation, I’m not setting an alarm to get up in the morning to grab a chair. We just took ourselves out of the game and just grabbed what we could when we could. I know this is a typical complaint at most resorts. This is the worst in the 20 some years of traveling to all inclusives I have ever seen. Also, the beach area is perfect but there is so few chairs. When you look at neighboring resort, they have 3 times the seating than this resort does. It is too bad as the positives make it a great location for a beach vacation.
