The staff were very attentive, friendly, and made you feel welcomed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and made our check-in process very smooth. We arrived early (check-in time was at 3 P.M) but we were given our wrist bands immediately so that we could have access to all amenities. The food was really good and the service everywhere through the resort was always quick, efficient, and staff always happy to help. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!!

This place is outdated with terrible service. We were on a family vacation, the rooms are old and the soundproofing is terrible, can literally hear someone whispering in the halls. Not to mention our doors rattled all night. It is impossible to get a chair at the pool unless you are there at 6am. The food and drinks are what you would expect from a cheap all inclusive, barely palatable. The only good thing I can say is that they do try with the entertainment but even that is sad. I would say spend the extra money and do it right at a better hotel!

Yessica gave a wonderful massage She used the perfect amount of pressure. The massage was very soothing and also found tight muscles which she was able to relax. At the Asian, Zai, Alexander is a fantastic waiter. He is very attentive but even more, he has a contagious happiness. We asked for him every time.
