"In one word horrible"

It was horrible hotel! The food isn’t possible to eat the meat impossible to chew! Shame for the “organization” cause there is no order at all. The restaurant always full and they never fill up the trays . I was shocked really I think this hotel should be a shame or should be out of service till they fix the food issue. It was horrible .

"Family time in paradise"

My family and I just returned from a stay at the Royal Salaris in San Jose Del Cabo. When we arrived, Ricardo at the front desk welcomed us, and arranged accommodations that suited our large family, from grandchildren to grandparents. He was able to provide a beautiful room so that we could all be together. It was far beyond our expectations! We enjoyed the view, the pools, and the many activities that were available throughout the day. There was also a wonderful show in the evening. We would strongly recommend a visit to the Royal Salaris.

"Wonderful experience for our family."

We had a wonderful time with my son and his family. Lalo Cetinas as usual was amazing as our concierge. Today my husband I went to the spa. We were greeted by someone who has been here for 3 years. Daniella and Anna gave us wonderful massages. The bar tender at the members bar has been with the company for 4 years. He still remembered our drink of choice. We are members and the staff is the main reason. We have been coming to Solaris for over 6 years.
