"We love the convenience of having the included breakfast and lunch on property."

The entire staff was very friendly and responsive to any requests. The property was continually maintained and cleaned. We requested different pillows and they were delivered to the room within the hour.

Could dinner be optional for all-inclusive meals because we prefer to go into San Jose to enjoy local restaurants in the evening. Whatever cost savings might be available would be appreciated.

"Loved it"

Went for our anniversary and had a blast. Luis, Abdial,and Alejandro at the pool bar were 100/10. Were very friendly and fun. Made the best drinks and even made Tik toks with us.

"Exceptional Staff"

Fernando the concierge truly made our stay in Cabo unforgettable. I mentioned my disappointment about the resort not offering any champagne or rosé, He went above and beyond by surprising all of our party with complimentary champagne sent directly to our rooms. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that completely turned around my experience. This is our second stay at the Solaris and we truly love the staff.

"Go to Cabo!!"

We had the most amazing time! Fantastic food, amazing weather, the most incredible staff … not one complaint! Our room was outstanding with an ocean view, and overlooked the pool. Very clean and spacious.

"Mediocre at best"

The resort is mediocre at best. The food is subpar. Panchos Mexican restaurant was the worse of them all. That to me is crazy since we were in Mexico. The food at the buffet was also not very good. They advertise unlimited drinks, however there weren't any bars upon before 10:00 am to get a breakfast Bloody Mary or Mimosa. Pools are nice but too few lounge chairs and people are allowed to set a towel or bag on a chair all day and never sit on it. On the positive side the staff is very friendly and helpful. One waiter at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. His name is Jacob Jonathan. Kuddos to him for a job well done.
