Royal Solaris Los Cabos & Spa - All Inclusive

Very kind & loving people! Very good food! Lots of fun drinks! Fun events throughout the day! And amazing teamwork and organization! I did not have a great start to my trip… I arrived at the resort after spending time in the hospital with a broken arm, so I was a little nervous about how the trip would go. From the moment we got there, the entertainment staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. A special thank you to Luna… who was very kind and a attentive gentleman and always checked up on me, especially when we were at the pool by the shade, making sure I was okay and still enjoying our vacation despite my injury. His kindness, positive energy, and genuine concern really meant a lot to me. For each event he was in charge of went around the pool to each individual to encourage to attend. He has a great gift of working with people… A special thank you as well to Sebastian, Tino, and Dani from the entertainment team for always being so welcoming, fun, and attentive. They made every activity enjoyable and created such a warm atmosphere around the resort for our family! The entire team works together so well in the work they put in… there’s a fun event every day. We attended every event for the 10 days we were there and we truly loved it every minute of it. The entire team made our family vacation feel special, and we truly appreciated all their kindness and hard work from everyone. We can’t wait to come back! Coming back home made us realize how much we loved being there and wish we have never left!

Just had an amazing Swedish massage with Jessica; used the jacuzzi and sauna in the spa area after the massage. Wonderful!

We had a great time at Royal Solaris. One night they had a western dinner and entertainment on the sand that was so fun with amazing dancers and a live country band, San Jose Sunshine, that was incredible. Everyone at RS is so professional and is happy to serve you. The property is clean and the pools are beautiful! Go and enjoy!

Omar is awesome. He should get a raise. The food could be improved. Ended up eating out more cause it was cold.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place is absolutely disgusting. I’ve gone to so many all inclusives and this by far is the worst. The hotel is so outdated. The building is literally falling apart. It’s so dirty and there are birds all over the pool area eating everyone’s leftover food because no one bothers to cleanup around here. The rooms are so outdated and it looks like a Motel 6. The beds look like they are twin sized. I don’t know how two people fit on there. The pools are ok but the thing that got me was that it’s so slippery around the pool area that my husband slipped and broke his toe. Getting up to the pool bar was also difficult as it was so slanted and slippery that you could barely get up to the bar. Majority of the staff is rude and won’t even look at you or smile. I mean how can you roll your eyes at someone when you ask for ice?! Don’t even get me started on the food. Nothing here is edible and I would never come back here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Our stay here was great! We enjoyed the food, the beautiful views and the attention from the staff! The beach is easily accessible and a walk away from the resort and the views are incredible!  There’s lots of activities during the day that are fun to take party of. The entertainment team of Royal Solaris Los Cabos are exceptional! The quality of work they put into organizing and coordinating events is remarkable. We had the pleasure of meeting Luna during our stay, and he truly made our vacation extra special. He was there first thing in the morning so full of life and last to leave at the end of the day. He brought life to every event that he was in charge of. We are a group of 4 senior ladies and  from the moment we arrived, Luna stood out for his kindness, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm to make everyone feel welcomed. His professionalism and dedication is remarkable! Since I don’t know how to swim, Luna went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and supported around the water during the water aerobic class that takes place every day at 12 pm which is so fun! Luna didn’t stop there—he also encouraged my friends and me to join a volleyball game, even though we were not very good at it! His positive attitude and ability to make everyone feel welcome helped us step out of our comfort zones and create some of our favorite memories from the trip. What makes Luna so exceptional is how respectful, pleasant, and genuinely joyful he is. And he was so attentive to every guest! You can tell he truly loves his job and cares deeply about the guests. His energy is contagious, and his dedication to making people happy does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Luna, for making our resort experience so much more enjoyable. Your kindness, love for people and encouragement during our trip made a lasting impression in each one of my friends on our trip! We are grateful to you and the rest of the team we have met on our stay here!

Staff is amazing and was very punctual with their words and efforts to make the greatest experience! Omar was the kindest gentleman and Monce was such a sweetheart getting us situated and comfortable! Thanks for the best hospitality
