Kasa Niche Hotel Redwood City

Is a bit noisy in the evenings. You can heard people walking on the hallways and conversations. Maybe use better insulation around doors? But overall a great place. Thank you.

The hotel is pristine, the bedroom was small but well designed. Has a desk, mini fridge, and a safe. Pay parking lot right behind property and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops across the street. It’s a self check in and out hotel. It was bothersome that they kept sending me messages that my credit card was a high risk and I needed to complete some form, which I had to do so many times, and they still didn’t accept it. I had to provide them with a different type of payment. They accepted pets for a $20 per night fee. I would definitely stay there again a recommend it!

Cute room with everything! Including a kettle which is great for Aussies. Nice common space, really friendly staff and helpful. Easy to access door codes - all very well thought out. They had a little welcome note with chocolate that just made me feel at home 🤗 great internet easy chromecasting also!

Dozens of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very safe and interesting neighbourhood.

I will never stay here again. This is my first time ever giving such a negative review. When we were about to get into bed, a BED BUG climbed onto the pillow. We sent clear photos and videos to the company and called. We are not experts, but it perfectly matches every photo we can see online and does not match known look-alikes. They had no one on property to come help or look. They had no additional rooms and refused to refund until they could have someone take a look. The soonest they could provide help was the following morning (i.e expecting us to stay in a potential bed bug room overnight). We had to find anothet hotel at 1 am. The closest place with a room was in Cupertino and 2x the price. So we're out of sleep and out of money.

Needed more counter space in the restroom and I wished i could have close the door completely from the restroom.

I loved how well designed the place was. It's a very small room, but things are setup to just work well. Curtains configurable for light or air or dark, bedframe provides places to set things even with no end tables, spacious shower, etc. Perfect for a work trip.
