Location and helpful staff

The bathroom was very small

I liked the space we were a family of 7. I loved the balcony window but the bathroom is right in front of the beds and there was no lock for privacy

No locks on bathroom door and you can feel the cold come in from the outside

Stayed for a coyole of nights at the Courtyard by Marriot SF Vsn Ness on Xmas vacation. Need to recognize housekeep8ng staff on the 5th floor as well as OUTSTANDING hospitality service provided by Maricela and Chris M. At the front desk. Always with a smile and the right attitude going above and beyond. We arrived very late and very tired on a cold and rainy December night. Upon being greeted by Maricela and Chris M, we knew we were at the right place. Super polite, helped even without us asking, very knowledgeable about places and things to do. Whenever they were at the front desk and we called, things got done promptly. Not the same experience with the afternoon crew. Thank you Courtyard Msrriott.
