There just weren't enough Restaurants around the area.. The price of the breakfast and the fact that it has to charge to your room .

The location was great for walking around the city.

My only complaint, which is minor, is we had 4 adults and never received 4 bath towels.

We recently stayed at the AC Hotel New Orleans French Quarter (Room 407). While most of the stay was fine, we encountered a serious issue at checkout that changed our overall impression. Before leaving, my wife moved the beds to make sure nothing had been left behind and discovered a significant accumulation of dirt, debris, and residue underneath. This was not a minor issue. The condition clearly indicated that the area had not been cleaned for a long time. We documented everything on video (including the checkout context) and reported it immediately to the front desk supervisor. What was more concerning was the follow-up. Management characterized moving the bed as “uncommon,” which suggests the issue would not have been discovered otherwise. Housekeeping standards should not depend on guest behavior. The resolution offered was limited to a partial refund for one night, with the burden placed on us to coordinate through Expedia, and no meaningful acknowledgment of the broader issue. We gave the hotel the opportunity to resolve this directly before posting publicly. This is not the level of cleanliness or response I would expect from a Marriott-branded property.

Love the location and how secluded the rooms are

This is our second year here and it will not be our last food is amazing. Staff is out of this world. The hotel is spotlessly clean. It is the first time I’ve been to a hotel that the pictures in the brochure matches the room I walked into we will be back next year and the year after and the year after spot on. Entertainment team fun, vibrant bar staff amazing best holiday ever..
