"Vallet was amazing!"

The room next to us was having sex with loud music for 9 hours. You could hear everything. I had my 8 year old with me.

When i asked if there was a time on the loudness, i was told no, nothing they could do.

The location is outstanding. The hotel itself needs some attention. Poor lighting throughout and the carpet in the hallways need to be cleaned or replaced. The rooms were clean but very noisy.

"Crappy start of the holidays!"

Welcome to the AC Marriott! Where they ask you to move to Thor sister hotel on your time of arrival - no prior notice and no courtesy!! Poor attitude provided to people who have travelled all the way from Australia to visit New Orleans after such a long trip and the fatigue. Would absolutely not recommend!
