"An awful stay - avoid!"

We had been due to stay for 5 nights, however, we were so appalled by the standards of this hotel we checked out after only a single night. Problems included, consistently rude reception staff, a windowless room (we had booked a room with a window), broken lights in our room, broken and loose bathroom tiles, and dirt throughout our room. Subsequently, our card has also been charged $56. Despite myself and our travel agent attempting to contact the hotel, no information has been provided regarding what this charge is and no information regarding this was relayed to us at check out. I would strongly encourage all travels to avoid this hotel, it is one of the worst I have ever encountered.

The location was good

The beds were very hard!! Woke up with back pains both morning. Our elevator and room keys were deactivated 3x prior to check out. We had to regain access after breakfast. Something was left in the room when going down to check out. We had regain access again. It was very frustrating
