AC Hotel by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter

I loved the bed, man I sleeped like a baby, the shower was great too, I liked that they had water stations too

It‘s super close to the french quarter, but the homeless around it makes the place less desired specially for a women traveling alone. I can not complain about the staff besides some attitudes of one or two staff members, I feel like its a thing in New Orleans and it shouldn‘t because we are there on vacation and not to deal with peoples lack of professionalism

The location and the guy at the front desk who checked me in was great!

I didn’t like the breakfast options. For $18 dollars it should be continental. Also the guy monitoring the breakfast area was rude..

We were around everything.

I liked everything about it.

They did not give me a receipt and now work does not reimburse me.

location is good, although the street to canal street feels unsafe with openly dealing dealers and many homeless people.

Personnel kept me waiting a long time for travelers who wanted (too) much information about the city. I had travelled 21 hours so wanted to go to my room. The room was not clean, had a sticky floor, it was dark, no view outside, light switches were very hard to find, no alarm clock and so on.

We have loved our stay at the AC Hotel! From the moment we walked in and saw the amazing lobby we knew we had picked well. Lloyd greeted us with a smile at check-in and made us feel like we were home. The room is very spacious and was very clean and well kept.

I want to say lloyd m was amazing. Very helpful and so is the security guard.I can't remember his name.This place was awesome. Let's go not far from bourbon street, absolutely perfect.And just far enough away to where you had your privacy.
