Everything about this hotel is fantastic; the staff, location, amenities, condition, and cleanliness. The only thing missing is an elevator.

The staff were helpful with some touristy things to do, the rooms were clean and the motel was close to the beach and lots of cafes etc

We enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer. Extremely helpful and courteous staff, very clean rooms and very comfortable bed. A huge improvement from previous stays.

Wonderful hotel, in a great location, with transport,eateries,sights to see in proximity to the hotel. Staff always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

First of all, it's hard to find the place since the name is different which causes quite a confusion for me. Secondly my confirmation says free breakfast, but the hotel says otherwise. Even after I showed them the confirmation they still ask me to send the email to them. The location of the hotel is good though.

Good place to stay for a quick overnighter but skip the breakfast option.no gluten free options just a heap tinned fruit on plates..with a coffee machine yuk..also very noisy

Updated apartments that were clean. Don’t book here if you intend on having a good sleep as the noise from the main road was awful. I also felt uncomfortable walking around the area as a single woman due to some of the characters in the area. Parking cost $15 a day- which is high considering what little else you get at the hotel.The staff were not overly helpful either. If the room wasn’t so comfy and warm , i would give a lower rating.
