Abode St Kilda

Nicely refurbished, close to plenty of attractions. Overall cleanliness good however our floor needed a sweep and mop as we picked up a shard of broken glass (but possibly difficult for a cleaner to see).

Quaint hotel in St. Kilda right across from the tram and walking distance from the famous Ackland st in St. Kilda and the Beach. There are also great restaurants near by. The studio was small but very modern and beautifully decorated. Might add a few more plates and cutlery in kitchen. Staff is very nice and attentive. The only problem with the hotel is that there is no elevator so not practical if one is handicapped or has heavy suitcases. All in all, had a great experience :)

Very clean room with no carpet. Perfect if you are tired of walking on dirty motel carpets like I am. Bathroom floor is heated. No elevator and stairs are a tad narrow. Only issue is noise if you have a street facing room. Ask for a car park facing room if you prefer quiet. Staff were excellent. Very helpful.

Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable with all the required amenities.

Excellent value for money. No lifts but unfit anyway so taking the stairs was good.

Very educational for my 3 year old son as the building next door appeared to be a brothel. Lots of people standing on balcony smoking and in skimpy clothes. Rooms decorated with flashing lights (yes we could see straight in!) Extremely difficult to find and staff were extremely unhelpful when my stressed husband was asking for location. This is my first poor review ever! The room itself was pleasant but NEVER again!!!!!!!! We stated on booking it was for 3 people and the room only had 2 towels?? Back packers maybe but NOT family friendly

Was looking for something economical near St Kilda with parking and internet included. This one ticked all the boxes. The room was small but had filtered & boiling water on tap, a microwave, dishwasher and plenty of wardrobe & drawer space and everything was spotlessly clean. Parking behind a large gate under camera. $15 brekky downstairs. Couldn't ask for more. I'll be back :)
