Abode St Kilda

Excellent hotel. Room was modern, well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation near Albert Park.

Great place to stay in St Kilda, handy to get anywhere you need to go really.

Was happy with room and location but was advised the gate for parking was broken so was concerned my sons ute was going to be ransacked during the night.

We were impressed with the room, it was clean and comfortable, and just like the pictures. It was a great location for where we needed to be, although being on the street it is quite noisy at night. Didn't bother us too much though, but next time I would bring earplugs! Staff on check-in were friendly and helpful with information.

Great location - close to transport, and all St Kilda's attractions. Heaps of food places and other convenience stores nearby which are open late. Leo's Italian saved us after a long day of travelling still serving fresh delicious food right into the late hours. Continental breakfast is great value - plenty of choices - great coffee. Clean rooms, lots of natural light. Our new favourite spot in Melbourne!

Service at front desk was good on check in. Room small and cosy but good amenities. Unfortunately issues with mouldy sheets and the room flooding after taking a shower. No compensation provided for this. Very noisy as room on second floor overlooking street - local neighbourhood providing 'great entertainment' all night.

It's a great location. Clean modern room. Only concern is the noise at night from drinkers and home less people on the streets. The trams are loud too if you are at the front of the building.
