Abode St Kilda

Very clean and comfortable. An ideal short stay location when all you require is a clean, comfortable and friendly accommodation with car parking available.

The 1 and only complaint is street noise from the trams, I didn't know trams ran all night till this stay !!.

We had a lovely relaxing stay

I stayed here during a world sailing event on the beach so paid nearly £400 for 3 nights. At that price it was the most extortionate rip-off ever. This is about as basic as it gets. At £50 a night, you'd tolerate it but for what I paid, it was shameful.

Nice clean recently renovated room. Easy to find and get to. Right on Fitzroy st so expect the sounds of St Kilda.

A cosmopolitan styled room with good amenities. Clean and modern bathroom. Highly recommended.

I stayed there on 29 Nov 16. The studio & location were all fine. Room was clean, nicely furnished. Problem began with the apt layout so the rooms have a narrow walkway / verandah to access. At about 12.30 am other guests from either side of my studio were smoking & drinking being loud, spitting. I tried to call after hours hotel management for over an hour and no answer, no answer from main number either. Forced to go out myself & ask them to be quiet, only worked temporarily. Noise continued til 2.00am, began again at 5.30. The guests appeared to know each other so were traipsing up n down past my door, smoke was coming in to my studio. I informed reception the next morning & no one has contacted me bk a week later. Very disappointing, very unsafe too if there had been an Emergency & no afterhours back up.

Went to AFL grand final close to trams easy to get in and out of city!!

Staff were wonderful. The room was very cosy and was within walking distance to Luna park. Also next door to a great Italian restaurant called "Leo's "

Very clean and comfortable. Quite basic, but it was all we needed. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
