"Average hotel decent location"

Was a decent hotel some towels were dirty and the bed had bugs all over it apart from that relatively ok

great location. very small room but well presented and clean. little things let this accommodation down.....bed very comfy but as soon as you leaned against the wall to watch tv it rolled away. hot water was at its best luke warm in the bathroom. No kettle but boiled tap water which tasted disgusting. 2 small satchet of milk for 3 people staying - only enough for 1 cup of coffee.

"Convenient and well priced "

Directly opposite main tram stop which made life very easy to get around. Room was small but recently updated with the best pillows I've ever slept on. We are now buying some new pillows! Thankfully we weren't on the street side of the hotel so nice and quiet.

"Clean and close to everything"

The room was very clean with nice new facilities close to everything. It did become a bit noisy during the evening being in the middle of all the St Kilda action.
