Staff not to helpful just lack customer service ,and they didn’t want to assist my partner when she got there before me and I had to change the name on the booking and when I got in they just didn’t believed that the booking was made by me.Even after I gave them the room number just a lack of trust .and I was tired and needed to get in and sleep

We really liked our stay, our room had a bit of road noise. Would stay there again.

When I arrived in Australia I had reservations at another hotel. Because of my late arrival my room was sold. I almost didn’t make the trip but since I did I wanted to have a nice hotel accommodation While visiting Melbourne. I found Easystay accommodations suitable throughout the duration of my trip. the staff were friendly and accommodating. One in particular by the name of Steve was exceptionally outstanding service and attitude. I would recommend him for promotion because of his service

Was pleasantly surprised with the refurbished studio apartments, amazing king size bed and location - will definitely stay again.

GREAT LITTLE SPOT

I stayed at St Kilda appartments. Accomodation was perfect for me, bed was comfortable king size and room was clean. Location was good for having lunches and dinners at your door step. They offer breakfast on site, but I chose to have breakfast out and explore the city at same time. Parking onsite. I would stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable, smaller than expected but still ok. Tram stop right out front was perfect.

Staff were wonderful and the place was very comfortable indeed
