The hotel advertises a hot tub. However on our arrival on 06/06 the hot tub was cemented. This was the ONLY reason we booked there. False advertising. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and condescending.

Our stay was overall good, but I read that the hotel had a hot tub as well as an indoor pool. The hot tub was not there any longer, and the pool was very small and very cold when we tried to use it. I thought we were only able to use the pool till 11pm, but the last night was told it was open 24/7 which would have been great to know at the beginning of our stay for my kids that love to swim. We were out with family till close to 11pm each night so knowing this would have been great for us. We did pick a handicap room for a bath tub big enough for our kids to take baths and the walls were paper thin. We felt terrible for the people around us as we had kids that do make more noise in the room and a baby learning to talk. I think the information on this hotel should be updated and not state there is a hot tub, and possibly warn parents about the walls in the handicap rooms. The staff was very nice, and cleaned our room and supplied us with extra towels. Over all a good stay.

Walls were all messed up, toilet rocked side to side, access cards didn't work for the pool or back entry. Specifically booked the stay because of the jacuzzi tub. It wasn't working. Got hit with a $100 fee for I guess room protection. Woke up to and went to bed to a hallway/ room full of the smell of Marijuana. No continental breakfast, no coffee. Definitely do not recommend it! I have pictures and videos to back it up

"Will never stay with a Marriott chain hotel again."

The room was clean I guess

This was our first experience with a Marriott hotel. We normally stay with Hilton. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. The hot tub was out of order. We were then told that we could go through the 3rd party for free cancellation of the rest of our stay, and then were told the next morning that wasn't possible due to some 48 hour cancellation policy. Then the next day we asked the front desk when we left at 9am for fresh sheets and towels while we were gone. We got back at 3pm and it still wasn't done. When we left again at 6pm, we passed the cleaning team and when we asked for new towels and sheets, they asked us to make our own bed! Like seriously?! The whole reason we booked a hotel was to relax and not worry about house work for a few days.
