"Hotels.com gets a Big Fat Zero.. Hotel gets a 4. "

The Hotel was Great!! The only complaint i have is with Hotels.com. The room was not advertised well at all. I wish i could rate Hotels.com instead of just the hotel. The pictures for the room i booked were incorrect. I thought ibwas getting a Jacozzi in our room but we did not. I called the hotel before i got there to make sure they had our reservations. And i asked about the jacuzzi. The front desk informed me i did not have the room with a jacuzzi tub. When i asked for them to switch my room with one that did have the tub they said they couldn't because i booked through hotel.com. They told me i would have to contact hotel.com directly to change my room. Well i tried to contact them. With no luck. So the room i thought we were staying at was not the right room. So for me i give Hotels.com a big Fat ZERO.. for the hotel. I will give them a 4 out of 5. They didnt have any towels in the pool area. There was a dog on our floor that literally barked all night long. But the room was clean!

"Need better staff and better communication"

Nothing. I arrived at 6:45pm and the room was not available. I had to wait an additional 25 mins before checking in. Once I went into the room it was dirty. Thankfully I brought my own cleaning supplies
