Quality Inn Spring Mills - Martinsburg North

I requested a refund and never heard back from anyone

Quiet being next to the highway. The hotel staff was super nice!!

Big rooms.. great area!!

Cockroach in our room,(2nd) floor. 2 cockroaches in my brothers room right above ours (3rd) floor. Towels are dingy and not bleached and they use fabric softener on towels. Can’t use fabric softener on towels.

Good location. Room was large & moderately clean.

Breakfast not as described. No fruit the entire week. Spoiled milk for the cereal. Juices had no flavor. Kept running out of items. No guest laundry available even though it was advertised. No vending. Ice machine had slime on it. Bed and couch were both hard as a brick. We had to go buy pillows and an ottoman to try to get any comfort. Microwave & fridge were both broken. NONE of the online photos were true. VERY rundown. Huge gaps around all the doors. Employees parked in the entrance all day, everyday. We asked about checking out a day early and were told it wasn't possible to change after checking in. Later he lied and claimed he didn't say that. And the kicker: 2 days after we left we got a $280 charge on our card. I called to find out what happened and they claimed it was a pet fee & accused us of not telling them we had pets. We searched pet friendly, I told them from the start we had 2 cats. We walked them in & out right in front of the desk guys. Nothing was ever said about a fee. In summary: there's no quality in that inn.

Room were very clean. Hallways, etc need some work but it appeared that this was work in progress

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable

Facility under renovation, lobby shabby, smelled of cigarette smoke in our bathroom and short staffed. Hopefully in the future they will get fully operational.
