The man who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Clearly they are in the process of remodeling and it looks a little run down. My tv didn’t work, but the shower was nice and hot.

Nothing... this place should be closed until they can clean it up and renovated.

The dirty halls, the walls were stripped and patched,old flooring laying in the hall next to elevator along with garbage. The room smelled and was dirty.. the bed had stains on the bedding and not good stains.. It's just totally not acceptable. Since the pictures on line are not representing the property, I booked online and was charged my night regardless of not being able to stay. -10 out of 10. Stay elsewhere.

After booking online for about 100 dollars because a tree fell through my roof on Easter night, the clerk all the sudden spoke of needing an almost 300 dollar additional deposit for any amenities I may use in my giant 7-8 hour stay (got there at midnight and check-out is usually 10am). Just ridiculous in my opinion when the storm hit our area hard and it was pretty easy to see I was stressed and tired. I wasn't going to order room service or call long distance call using the hotel telephone like anybody even does that anymore. Just all around a bad vibe.

The check in experience was good. The hotel wasn’t busy at all. Friendly employees. The hotel itself is in really bad shape. I’m not sure if they are remodeling or what the reason is. But it is so rundown looking. The room itself was ok. Has a tub instead of just a shower stall and no shelves to put your shower items. The complimentary breakfast was practically non existent. There were no items in the cooler at all. Just dried up eggs in one warmer and sausages in the other. Some bread to make toast and that was it for food. Overall we didn’t enjoy this stay and would not return. I feel it was overpriced for the value received.

I liked being close to conveniences and easy to find right off the highway they finish renovations on rooms

I had issues paying my extension that I was not expecting and the hotel staff tried to work with me but I was not able to pay the last night.
