Breakfast was poor… omelettes and soggy sausages, dry sliced bread, One dry baguel on the « display ». No forks. Doors, Windows, elevator doors were so dirty The comforter was dirty. You get What you pay for i guess

Excellent place to stay, very nice people, great rooms, liked the pool and it's a good quiet place

This location is under renovation. The first room were placed in had no pillows, only on dirty blanket on the bed. Also the TV did not work. I had to go back to the desk to request a new room. Second room was cleaner with all appropriate bed linens and pillows. Breakfast in the morning was very poor in options. I don't know if I would be willing to try staying here again in the future once the remodeling is finished.

The sheets and quilts had stains - also bed ( round, yellow, big stains ) when contacted Desk for help. They said it was hard water stains. The pillows smelled like someone else’s sweat, and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped because you can still see Food all over the place on the ground. My family and I were exhausted from a long drive and covered the pillows with our towels and laid on the bed with all of our clothes on.. our children had their own Blankey and fortunately they slept better than mom and dad. The reason I chose this location was because it was on the way. As soon as I walked in, I immediately regretted it due to the people in the front and also the condition of the luggage cart. I already knew that we were in for a treat.. I’ve stayed in hundreds if not, thousands of hotels and Airbnb’s. This was by far top five worst. I woke up with Red bites on my side and back. I don’t know if it was bedbugs, but it definitely felt like them. Will be avoiding this quality in and any other quality in in the United States due to this experience.

Would have liked a larger breakfast selection with milk options. Would have liked a blanket for the pull out couch. Went to breakfast before we checked out and when we returned to the room the key card had already been disabled at 8:30am. Check out is 11.

Even while undergoing some renovations in the hallways, the room was amazing and made for an enjoyable, clean, and comfortable stay… The hazard of falling in the shower does need immediate attention.

I slipped and fell while showering out of the bathtub onto the bathroom floor with minor bruises that could well have been much worse… The smooth and slippery surface of the bathtub with soapy water is a major hazard and could be helped with bathtub appliqué non-slip adhesive treads to safely stand on while showering…

Neither the television nor the phone worked in my room. They offered to move me but apparently the other available rooms the tvs didn’t work either. Telephone didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk unless using my cellular. Seem to be doing renovations, no room numbers on doors or hallways. Placards tossed on the floor in the hallways. Main lobby dirty, hallways dirty, had a big couch in my room but too hard to sit on so it’s useless. Staff didn’t seem to care about the issues and weren’t willing to do anything about it last night or this morning. Disappointing.
