"Good for a brief stay."

Spacious, quiet, great location.

Broken ice machines, in multiple areas, no ice. The listing isn’t very accurate in regard to getting around the area. No trolley as the seasons for availability are not listed. Walkway to LEGOLAND is also not very clear. I don’t like vacation club/timeshare promotions.

Fire alarm wouldn’t stop going off at property after they had a fire in the activity room the day we checked in. One of the two elevators was shut down and they put us in the furthest room possible from the work elevator. Mind you this all happened while we were waiting for 2+ hours after check in time for our room to be ready with zero perks or comps for the troubles. The only reason I’d ever stay here again is for it’s proximity to Legoland.

The overall facility in the common areas (not including the lobby) is a bit dated. The condo rooms were nice. Though the couch was a bit hard to sit on for a long period. Everything else was fine. The elevator situation was bad. Most people using one elevator shaft since another was out of service. And it appears it is a prolonged outage. - they built a bridge to accommodate it. Wish breakfast was included. The price you pay it should be good but it’s on par with free breakfast at holiday inn… my kids likes the splash pad, the activity room and arcade. Though the fire alarms got old.

We loved everything about the property! Staff were wonderful! Location was perfect, within walking distance to Legoland and 5 minute drive to the beach. Lots of family activities on the property as well.

Amazing stay for families, we didn't use most of the facilities due to short stay, there is plenty for the kids to do, the rooms are great, stayed in 2 bedrooms, and the resort outweighs a 3 stars by far.

"Balance expectations with location"

The proximity to Legoland, the spaciousness of the room.

Late check in Room needs updating Very thin walls. Neighbor was banging around at 3am.
