"Decent comfortable stay. No complaints."

Clean, consistent, comfy bed, kettle and tea and instant coffee and milk packets, big shower, very friendly staff, everything worked well and no big problems at all. Nice lobby area to hang out.

Shower pressure was low. Only large towels-- no smaller hand towels. Food prices high in cafe.

"Location is great but the hotel needs improvement"

The location is perfect, right in the center.

Things to improve: Cleaning: There were hairs in the shower when we arrived :( Room: The room was very small, and the TV was not working. The bed was extremely noisy, every movement during the night would cause it to creak and wake us up. Staff: Staff did not greet us when we were arriving or leaving, and the reception desk was often unattended. Overall, the atmosphere felt a bit too relaxed and lacked a sense of professionalism.
