Posizione perfetta, staff cordiale e disponibile, stanze pulite, insomma non manca niente

Hanno sbagliato assegnandomi un altro tipo di stanza ma la situazione subito si è risolta

Lovely hotel. Great location. Beautiful decor as you enter and in the bar. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Struttura centrale. Comoda la posizione. Check in e check out molto facili. Camera piccola ma con ben strutturata. Comodo per brevi permanenze.

Le camere sono un pochino troppo piccole. Il bagno "ricavato" ne è la prova. Detto questo non manca niente ed è tutto a portata di mano.

Very central

Filled in the pre arrival form to say we would be arriving between 3pm - 6pm. Got there around 5pm to be told our room was not ready due to late check outs. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes for our room. The staff were very friendly and got us a drink. We just wanted to get into our room then go out for something to eat and get to the Stadium for the football in plenty of time, we ended up having to rush our meal so we could get there in time. What is the point of filling out the pre check in when our room was not ready for our arrival.
