The Ritz-Carlton, Doha

I’ve been a spa member for a few years now, and every visit has been a lovely experience. The service is always wonderful—Fanny and Lily, in particular, go out of their way to take care of every little detail. The place is spotless, and all the thoughtful touches make it feel truly luxurious.

Very nice hotel for kids

The place was great as it had many great features. You can do anything there as it has many great hobbies you can enjoy doing. I recommend this hotel for tourist to live in as it has a comfortable bed and clean rooms that it is basically your little home!

My stay at The Ritz was truly elevated by the incredible spa experience. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by Fanny, who warmly welcomed me and gave me a wonderful tour of the spa. Her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism set the tone for what became a relaxing and luxurious escape. I then had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Hope, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Her calming presence, intuitive technique, and expert hands made it one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She tailored the experience perfectly to my needs, leaving me feeling refreshed, renewed, and completely at peace. Club room facilities are good but you can ignore the dress code as nobody polices it. Same guy a few nights in training gear, trainers, sports shirts etc but nobody said anything to him which was disappointing as some other people made an effort to dress up. Meals in club lounge were generally very good but afternoon tea wasn’t worth the visit so we only went once. Staff very good and attentive. Pool area is looking a little tired and it would be nice to have somewhere to sit in some shade in the pool other than sitting at the bar. Plenty of loungers and space and the lifeguards are the most attentive I’ve seen anywhere so very safe. No information anywhere in the room about any of the events going on, hotel plan, gym opening times or menus for the restaurants etc. if you don’t have a smart phone you have no chance, even the drinks menus are on-line. The buggy to the Lagoona mall was unexpected but a nice touch, again not advertised anywhere. I would stay again as I really enjoyed it.

Best brunch last Friday and again today eid's lunch. Great job for excellent staff and great food. Special thanks also fir the complimentary cake for my son's birthday cake. We did not have chance to try the pool and the beach, but will try soon, with the seafood night .

We loved this hotel. It's a beautiful resort, with a timeless, understated elegance. All the staff are absolutely fantastic - friendly, attentive and professional. We had a club room and really enjoyed the Club Lounge - great food and drinks, very friendly fellow guests and the club staff were all amazing! A big thank you to Alexander, Serti, Ousama, Youssef, Mila, Houda and Molka . The pool and beach areas are lovely and at least when we were there very peaceful most of time (weekends are busy). The teams here are super - cold water, suntan lotion if needed etc - friendly and professional. We thoroughly recommend the Ritz Carlton and intend to return.

My sister and I had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha for three nights in May, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, we were enveloped in a warm atmosphere of impeccable hospitality. ⸻ Service & Hospitality The standout element of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurants, or while walking through the hotel, we were always greeted with warmth and attentiveness. The hotel exudes a comforting culture of service where guests are made to feel truly special. When we needed to change our room, Inan was incredibly helpful, graciously presenting us with different options and carefully guiding us through our selection. This level of attention made all the difference and exemplified the Ritz-Carlton standard. ⸻ Dining Experience The breakfast experience was warm and enjoyable. Even though the variety wasn’t overwhelmingly extensive, the quality was excellent and thoughtfully presented. What truly elevated it was the personal service — each morning we were welcomed warmly and escorted to our table, setting a peaceful and pleasant tone for the day. The Club Lounge was another highlight — peaceful, beautifully designed, and offering delicious food throughout the day. It was a pleasure to meet Chef Paul, who prepared a wide range of flavorful dishes inspired by different cultures. His personal touch and creativity really shone through. At B-Lounge, the Asian fusion cuisine was exceptional. The service here was just as impeccable — staff checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying each course. We also had a great evening at SMK, the grill restaurant, where the lounge atmosphere, live music, and delicious food made for a fun and relaxing night. It was amusing to see three separate birthday celebrations going on at the same time! ⸻ Facilities & Ambience Our room had a breathtaking sea view, and we were touched to find a fresh fruit bowl and dates waiting for us upon arrival — a simple but elegant gesture that made us feel immediately welcome. The entire hotel was serene and stylish, with excellent facilities throughout. We were fortunate to meet Kawtar, the fabulous lady in charge of events. She is a true gem — warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. She went above and beyond to ensure the purpose of our visit was fully supported and took the time to show us around the hotel’s various event spaces. The ballroom is absolutely grand and ideal for weddings or milestone celebrations. The meeting rooms were also of a very high standard, reflecting the hotel’s attention to quality and detail. ⸻ Final Thoughts From the moment we stepped out of our car to passing through security and checking in at reception, we were treated with grace and care. Every aspect of our stay — the people, the food, the view, the atmosphere — made us feel genuinely special. Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha was more than a luxurious experience — it was a heartfelt one. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking first-class hospitality in an elegant and welcoming setting.
