Campanile Hotel - Birmingham

Stayed for 2 nights, staff are friendly and hotel was clean and in a very good location. Would stay again.

Pleasantly surprised with my stay. Hotel isn't highly rated and on approach to the hotel was a bit doubtful. However I was very pleased with my stay. Room was nice, bed was comfy, shower was great (big plus) food in the restaurant was well priced and tasty. Staff were very helpful and fella at the bar was very friendly.

The duvet and sheets had obvious stains in them. The service by the reception desk could be more friendlier. Half of the reception staff do not go the extra mile in helping and addressing the needs of their guests.

A nice decent clean hotel , to a good standard, a slight criticism would be that the bar closes at 10:30pm, not good if you have been out for the evening and would like a drink when you get back. Also this is not the Hotels fault, but there does not seem to be much around in the way of Public Transport options, however i only stayed for 1 night, so did not get much time to explore the area too much.

Perfectly adequate room. Power points by the beds were too low to work with our charger but there was one in the corridor that was fine. A little bit of art work would make it more homely.

Excellent Quality Service and check in the Staff are very helpful with anything you require if they can help they certainly will.

Basic room but well designed although quite small Limited drawer space for clothes Mattress Ok and WiFi worked Difficult to find and not close to public transport

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely location next to the canal lock.

Clean and modern

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel has been renovated to a high standard, but due to no air conditioning in the hotel our stay was uncomfortable.
