Taj West End

The food was good. The spread isn’t great for vegetarians. Non-vegetarians I believe would like the spread. But what I liked was the service. Mr. Saravanan especially was very courteous and provided excellent service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the taj west end! The estate is beautiful and very green, it is well located in the city and all staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Farzana, Giri and Naveen. We did not want to leave and would definitely come again!

Loved this lunch experience with family at Taj Westend, where we have been coming for years. It’s always a homely and comforting environment with friendly staff. Saravanan, who looked after us this time was a great help, we enjoyed all that he recommended. Cannot wait to be back!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Loya restaurant on May 24, 2026 to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience and making our occasion a memorable one On this special occasion, a word of appreciation for Chef Sunil Kumar, who understood our dietary requirements / restrictions and ensured that every dish that was served was perfectly balanced and to our stated requirements. Also, we take the opportunity to thank two staff members, namely, Mr. Subhrajit and Ms. Haokip for their impeccable service. Their attentiveness, courtesy, and service reflected the highest standards of customer service. We look forward to visiting Loya again in the near future. Great ambience & food. Hospitality by Farzana & Saravana was outstanding

We had a perfect stay at Taj West End. The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and the service throughout was exceptional. All of the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive, especially the manager of the spa area who kindly accommodated us at very short notice. The breakfast had a huge variety of delicious options each morning, and the room itself was extremely comfortable with a very cosy bed and great facilities. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations and we genuinely couldn’t fault anything at all. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Bangalore and would happily return again.

Everything about the property is great actually.

The only thing that went horrible wrong is the hotel reservations and booking.com They didn’t want to take any responsibility for a third party booking. Why is this hotel even featured in booking.com if they cannot work together Nobody was able to help with a date amendment because of a flight change and I was shuttled between booking.com and the hotel for 48 hours for no reason and no outcome and no clear communication. There was 0 communication between the property and booking.com or so it seemed like. The whole experience left a bad taste.

We loved the options at the buffet and how attentive and helpful everyone is at Machan. Special shout out to Sarvanan for making our lunch so awesome!!
