Had a lovely experience staying at Taj. Mr. Mohammad made the experience even more worthwhile with the tour of the property and nature walk. Tak westend has an amazing history associated with it. Loved staying here.

"Great place for family short outing"

Kids liked the pool, the bed, Steam and Suana etc.. we had a lovely breakfast, the Restaurant lead for Dinner went out of her way to make us comfortable..

We missed Buffet for Dinner, the four course meal sufficiently made up for it...the chocolate milkshake was below par..

Went for a Sunday brunch, as anticipated, the food was amazing...plenty of options and all very well done. The icing on the whole set up was the quality of service and courtesy extended by all the staff..special mention for Mr. Savanna and Mr. Sachin... Must try option if you are looking put for sunday brunch options ..highly recommended!

"Not our style of hotel."

Although this is undoubtedly a luxury hotel it is not our style. This hotel is for the new upper class Indian society. Almost everyone was dressed " western style" and we found the staff to be artificially correct and polite. We had requested a late check out but were told that availability was only possible if we paid 150 euros to upgrade. The restaurant prices were considerably higher than all the other hotels we had stayed in. To be fair our room was excellent and the installations are worthy of a first class establishment but for me it is lacking in traditional Indian hospitality.

This is day is special for us as wedding anniversary . Perfect location , lovely atmosphere, best rates & finally awesome fresh food . Staff is so so cordial - Mr Sarvanan n excellent team in the Machan restaurant served us with utmost care .
