Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, ease of parking, quality shampoo, conditioner and body shampoo

Not a big deal but the shower drain was very slow and pillows are too soft.

Check in quick and got our room early. Beautiful hotel! We spent the afternoon in the pool. Walking distance to the Amp at Ballantyne where we saw a great concert. Very happy with the whole resort.

This is a beautiful hotel with quality, well-trained staff. Evan, at the front desk, was especially helpful at check-in. The room was large and felt sumptuous - one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Thought we would hang by the pool and read but it is overrun with kids. But hotel is gorgeous - I will absolutely stay here again.
