The place was unclean , old dusty furniture. The toilet was stopped up our entire stay. The furniture was chipped.

Very comfortable hotel, wonderful view of the Embarcadero water way & close to my job. Loved the free dinner on Wednesday nights. Excellent customer service.

"Pictures online don’t match the rooms now"

Price

The location, the smell of weed in the hallway, the window lock was broken, the excessive wear and tear in the rooms with little good fixes to make it look good for guests. Wouldn’t stay here again. Canceling reservations with this hotel for a future trip to the area later this year.

"I would stay here again next time."

Breakfast. It was very good and warm as it should be. It was good to have security to monitor our parked vehicles.

The pillows were too soft.
