SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Litchfield

Emma at the front desk was amazing. My husband and i were traveling with two young nieces for a funeral. She was very nice and helped us with any questions.

Was clean and comfortable

Took a short trip to the town of Litchfield to see a movie at one of the last drive-in theaters in the state. We loved the hotel, very clean, comfortable and friendly service.

Very average. Unfortunately, we booked late so paid way too much for a room that was worth no more than $150 a night. Staff was wonderful however, and breakfast acceptable.

Friendly staff. Cleaners kept us supplied with clean towels. Nearly every night we were there, it was full but still quiet (except for the malfunctioning fire alarms)

Motel eggs will never be as good as fresh. The pull-out sofa was okay but a thin blanket and light cotton bedspread was not enough bedding. I wished for a light comforter like the one on the bed, usually about 4 am

Great facility, pool, breakfast!

Location was good for what we were looking for. Hot tub felt great after a long day wine tasting.

I was charged a pet fee when I didn't have a pet with me. Luckily I caught it at checkout on my receipt and it was taken off my card. 🤷‍♀️

It is a very homey and safe place to stay.

The breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles. Clean, Non-smoking room.

Booking.com tricked us into thinking we were contacting the hotel when we booked. We paid too much for the booking service. It's a small town; the night was more expensive than it should have been. I did go through a booking service that was even more expensive before I settled on our reservation. The hotel could use an elevator.
