The location is great, staff were great and friendly. Check in process was easy and fast.

Unfortunately walking into the facility your greeted with a unique smell of different foods being cooked by the long term guest. Walls and floor were so dirty just made it feel like they didn’t care about quality. Carpet in my room had holes and stains. Bathroom floor had water coming out of it as if cleaning people moped with a bunch of water that water got into the flooring . During our stay my 2 daughters stayed in the room while my wife and I stepped out. My daughter stated that one of the employees got into the room with a key card and when my daughter asked what was going on, employee said she was just dropping off a towel when we never asked for one. That made me feel a little uncomfortable being that it happened when we stepped out, luckily my daughter was there.

"The price was not so affordable for what I got. Was expecting more"

The location is perfect, 10 walking to The Honda Center where was the concert

The rooms was not clean, stains inside the tub, was leaking and the elevators floor very dusty end dirty

It was close to family...

No hot water...bed .... mattress had a lot of sagging, dips...uncomfortable sleep...toilet not clean...

I liked that I had a roof over my head and that the staff helped me with whatever I needed. They were always cheerful. Also, it was located close to my family...the price was okay, due to booking with booking.com...

The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable...had saggs here and there...the sheets didn't fit right...there wasn't always hot water...the toilet had stains...the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night...was told someone lite a fire in their room...there was a lot of water in front of the elevators one day and was told someone dumped a ice cooler on the floor...it was very weird never stayed in a hotel like this...it needed to be renovated if you asked me. First night they put me in a room where everything was a mess...the staff put me in a better room the next day...
